As a fourth generation Citrus Countian, I started baking at three years old with my mother and two Easy Bake ovens. After a very successful corporate career in Dallas, TX, I returned home to care for my ailing parents and grandmother.  They have since passed on.  Due to medical issues of my own, I've had to rebuild my life to accommodate physical limitations.  

I've also been blessed to own and operate two full service bakeries (one in Texas, and one in Citrus County) in the past.  Life goes on, my brain still works and people still rave about my cakes, cheesecakes, cookies, scones, pies and other baked goodies.

We use the freshest ingredients, locally sourced when possible.  I bake and cook with pure simplicity, love, and joy.   This means real butter, whole eggs, real vanilla, sugar, flour, etc. as needed to craft a finished product that has a perfect three point finish.  It is presented professionally, looks fabulous, and tastes amazing.  If not, then I am not the person to produce your product.
